01.03: No commercial use. Commercial use will result in a permanent ban.
01.04: Do not collect rodentriot.net user data without permission.
01.05: Resources are shared; Use common sense.

02.01: Treat every individual with respect.
02.02: Do not use profanity, slurs, or offensive language in a way directed maliciously at an individual.
02.03: Do not discriminate against individuals because of race, nationality, membership in a particular social group, or political opinion.
02.04: Do not bully, harass, or otherwise intimidate or cause emotional harm to any individual with malicious intent.

03.01: Servers are located within the United States. Uploads must follow United States' laws.
03.02: NSFW uploads are allowed. Sexual depictions of children, including artistic depictions, are not allowed.

04.01: You must not give cruel, unusual, or vindictive punishments to users.
04.02: You must give an explicit, unambiguous warning to users before performing a privileged action on them, unless it is reasonably determined that they are automated.
04.03: You must provide an explicit, unambiguous reason and duration to the privileged action.
04:04: You must provide a banned user, after a reasonable cool-down period, the ability to exchange external contacts with their peers.
04.05: No "ex post facto" judgements.
04.06: Burden of proof is laid on the accuser, not the accused. Please keep this in mind when submitting reports.
04.07: Moderators/Admins must not be addicted to, under the influence of, or self-medicating with an illicit psychoactive drug.
04:08: Moderators/Admins must not have an unmanaged hallucinatory psychosis.
04:09: Moderators/Admins must not have committed an act of moral turpitude that would make them unfit to moderate others.

05.01: THESE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE ADMINISTRATORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE SERVICES OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THESE SERVICES.

06.01: Bots must identify their names and version.
06.02: Bots must contain operator contact information.
06.03: Bot Vcards must contain a description of the bot's functionality.
06.04: Bot MUST not directly copy a user's chat statement shortly after being sent.
06.05: Bot operators must respond and act to remedy security vulnerabilities reported in a timely manner.
06.06: Bot MUST implement some form of per-user rate limiting.
